Laura found her way to teaching yoga after experiencing injuries in pursuit of various physical activities, most notably recreational circus arts. She teaches Yoga, Meditation, and Mat Pilates in domestic and international locations, to students of all ages (from 6-85) and abilities (beginner to expert). She prides herself in welcoming students by tailoring practice to meet the needs of each class by soliciting requests. Her class is accessible, grounding, intentional, and fun!
Laura is a Boston based Yoga Instructor and has trained in many styles of yoga including Power, Vinyasa, Gentle, Chair, and Adaptive as well as Buddhist Meditation, Anatomy, Functional Movement, and Mat Pilates. Laura looks forward to meeting you and sharing her love for the practice of yoga!
